You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded files are free from malware, viruses, or other malicious code. By uploading, you warrant that your files do not contain harmful software and will not damage or compromise the platform or other users' systems.
Note: We do not perform antivirus scanning on uploaded files. Our validation focuses on file type verification and format compliance. Video files are streamed through browser-based players, which provides inherent protection against executable malware. This approach is consistent with industry practices for user-generated content platforms.
Your uploaded content may be stored, processed, and shared as described in these terms. We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By uploading, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your content as described herein.
The platform operator reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or refuse any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, at their sole discretion.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform operator, the artist, and their respective affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your uploaded content or your violation of these terms.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PLATFORM OPERATOR, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) $100 USD.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Reasons for termination may include:
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, Germany.
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you also have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice to aftershow.site@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
EU Online Dispute Resolution: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which you can access at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in the EU, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated to users.
